Subscription Services

1. Monthly Subscriptions

You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle. Access to the premium features will continue until the end of the current billing period.

2. Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions can be canceled at any time, but the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be issued for the remaining period of the annual subscription.

Event or Webinar Registrations

Cancellations for paid events or webinars must be made at least 48 hours before the event start time to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event will not be eligible for a refund.

Event or Webinar Registrations

Refunds for paid events or webinars will be processed if the cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the event start time. Refunds will be issued back to the original method of payment and may take up to 10 business days to process.

Premium Job Listings

If a user is unable to hire from the platform after purchasing a single premium job, the user will be eligible for a refund or another premium job for free as a replacement.

  • A description of the issue and reason for the refund request
  • Any relevant transaction details or receipts
