REVE Chat is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Assistant Manager based in Delhi/NCR. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth and identifying new opportunities to expand our customer base.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities with large and mid-enterprise clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (CXOs, Heads of Customer Experience, Digital Transformation, etc.).
- Conduct product demos, prepare customised proposals, and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets.
- Collaborate with the product and customer success teams to ensure a smooth on-boarding and customer experience.
- Maintain a deep understanding of REVE Chat’s product features and market trends to effectively position our solutions.
- Overview timely renewals and subscriptions of existing clients and share timely reminder/invoices to them.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in SaaS product, solution selling.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable explaining technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Familiarity with CRM tools.
