Job Description

REVE Chat is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Assistant Manager based in Delhi/NCR. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth and identifying new opportunities to expand our customer base.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities with large and mid-enterprise clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (CXOs, Heads of Customer Experience, Digital Transformation, etc.).
  • Conduct product demos, prepare customised proposals, and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets.
  • Collaborate with the product and customer success teams to ensure a smooth on-boarding and customer experience.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of REVE Chat’s product features and market trends to effectively position our solutions.
  • Overview timely renewals and subscriptions of existing clients and share timely reminder/invoices to them.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in SaaS product, solution selling.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable explaining technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools.
