We are seeking a skilled BIM Modeler Structural to join our team. As a BIM Modeler Structural, you will be responsible for creating 3D models of building projects using Autodesk Revit software, including architectural elements. You will also participate in BIM coordination meetings to resolve clashes and conflicts within the models, coordinate with other disciplines, and perform regular quality checks on the models to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company and industry standards. Additionally, you will manage and update Revit models as design changes occur throughout the project lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Model Creation: Create 3D models of building projects using Autodesk Revit software, including architectural elements.
• BIM Coordination: Participate in BIM coordination meetings to resolve clashes and conflicts within the models and coordinate with other disciplines.
• Quality Assurance: Perform regular quality checks on models to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company and industry standards.
• Updates and Revisions: Manage and update Revit models as design changes occur throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or architecture
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit software (architectural, structural), and Navisworks
• Knowledge of building codes and construction standards
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines
