We are seeking a talented and driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients, and expanding our customer base. You will be a key player in shaping the growth and success of our company.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through sales and business development activities
  • Develop and execute effective B2B sales strategies to engage with potential clients
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills to effectively present our offerings and negotiate deals
  • Utilize your convincing skills to convert leads into paying customers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
  • Maintain detailed records and provide regular progress reports to the management team

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a similar business development or sales role
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills to close deals effectively
  • Proficient in using CRM tools and sales enablement technologies
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
