About the Job

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients, and expanding our customer base. You will play a crucial part in the growth and success of our company.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to identify, target, and acquire new clients
  • Engage in prospecting, lead generation, and cold calling to build a robust pipeline of potential customers
  • Conduct negotiations and close sales to secure new business contracts
  • Maintain and nurture existing client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement targeted campaigns to support sales efforts
  • Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify new opportunities

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development roles, preferably in a similar industry
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills to effectively engage with clients
  • Strong lead generation and cold calling abilities to build a robust pipeline
  • Proficient in using CRM tools and data analysis to track and optimize sales performance
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a remote work environment
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
