We are seeking a talented and experienced Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing customer relationships, ensuring exceptional service, and driving customer satisfaction and loyalty. As a CRM, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing them with personalized support and solutions to meet their evolving needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update customer information in CRM systems accurately.
• Handle property booking processes, verification, and maintain documentation records.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups and client updates.
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports, booking status reports, and payment schedules.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp in a professional manner.
• Assist clients with project details, payment status, and documentation requirements.
• Ensure proper filing and record-keeping of agreements, invoices, and booking forms.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure a smooth post-sales experience.

Key Skills Required:

• Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Data Entry, Basic Reports)
• Strong documentation and record management skills
• Good communication & customer service skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with accuracy
• Knowledge of real estate sales processes and terminology
