Roles & Responsibilities

- Customer Service Proficiency - Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution of customer concerns and queries.
- Post-sales Support - Provide comprehensive post-sales support, including follow-up, feedback gathering, and ongoing customer engagement.
- Customer Relationship Management - Utilize CRM tools and strategies to manage and strengthen customer relationships, track interactions, and identify opportunities for growth.
- Customer Satisfaction & Retention - Prioritize customer satisfaction and work to retain existing customers through proactive communication, problem-solving, and value-added services.
- Proactive and target-oriented - Demonstrate a proactive and target-oriented approach to your work, consistently striving to exceed customer expectations and achieve business goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications
