𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Sector 51, Gurugram (Fully On-site)

We’re hiring a proactive Customer Service Executive at Stockbinge to manage client interactions, monitor portfolios, deliver timely updates and collaborate across teams. In this high-responsibility role, you’ll work closely with senior leadership as their right hand. 

𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲𝘀 & 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

1. Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats 
2. Manage and monitor client portfolios, maintain accurate portfolio records in Excel, and track stock performance. 
3. Resolve customer queries related to services, and accounts 
4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups 
5. Provide timely and effective solutions to customer concerns 
6. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex issues 
7. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention 
8. Adherence to company policies and service standards

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 & 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀

• Graduate or Undergraduate (any discipline) 
• 1–3 years of experience in customer support or service (preferred) 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools) 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 
• Customer-first attitude with attention to detail
