About the Job
We're looking for a Customer Support Executive who will act as the first point of contact for our customers—helping them with queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience across all our spiritual services.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails with empathy and professionalism.
- Guide customers on puja bookings, astrology consultations, and product purchases.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems regularly.
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, marketing, technical) to resolve issues efficiently.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and service quality.
- Handle escalations and provide solutions within defined timelines.
- Gather customer feedback to improve overall experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- 0–2 years of experience in customer support (freshers welcome).
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (verbal & written).
- Strong listening, patience, and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with WhatsApp Business, CRM tools, and basic MS Office/Google Sheets.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in a fast-paced spiritual-tech environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in e-commerce or service-based customer support.
- Understanding of spiritual or astrology-related services (a plus).
- Multilingual ability (Hindi/English/Regional languages).
