We are seeking a Customer Support Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. You will be the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and requests, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and requests through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat
• Handle customer complaints and issues with empathy and professionalism, working to resolve them in a timely and effective manner
• Provide accurate and helpful information to customers, guiding them through processes and troubleshooting problems
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up on open issues
• Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and suggest process improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer support

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Customer service proficiency with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Proficiency in chat support and customer service tools and software
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to quickly identify and resolve customer issues
• Ability to work in a BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) environment
• Customer support experience in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment
