We are seeking a talented Customer Support Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and requests through various channels, including phone, email, and chat
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide excellent communication and customer support to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and document resolutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex customer concerns
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in customer service or BPO environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
  • Proficient in using chat support tools and platforms
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and multitask effectively
  • Excellent listening and empathy skills to understand customer needs
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer experience
