About the Job

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to manage client interactions across social media and communication channels. This role involves handling international clients, responding to queries, managing direct messages, supporting basic social media content creation, and making cold calls.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Respond to queries from international clients via social media, email, and comments
  • Handle DMs and maintain positive engagement with global audiences
  • Make cold calls to international clients and support sales conversations
  • Create simple graphics and posts using Canva or Adobe Express
  • Schedule and upload posts on Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms
  • Track and report customer feedback, engagement, and interaction trends

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in Customer Support, BPO, or Sales
  • Proven experience handling international clients
  • Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • American accent with clear and confident spoken English
  • Cold calling and sales experience
  • Basic knowledge of Canva or Adobe Express
  • Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
