About the Job
We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in creating high-quality images, posters, and ad creatives using Canva or similar design tools. This role combines performance marketing with creative execution.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Google & Meta Ads (Core Responsibility)
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube) campaigns
- Manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) including audience targeting, creatives, and budget allocation
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copies, and landing pages
- Monitor daily performance (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and optimize for better ROI
- Manage remarketing and conversion tracking
- Creative Design & Ad Creatives (Mandatory)
- Design ad creatives, posters, banners, and social media images using Canva or similar tools (Adobe Express, Photoshop, Figma, etc.)
- Create platform-specific creatives for Google Display and Meta Ads
- Ensure creatives align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
- Regularly refresh creatives to avoid ad fatigue
- Social Media & Content Support
- Support organic social media content planning and posting
- Adapt paid ad creatives for organic usage
- Maintain consistency in visual branding across platforms
- Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations
- Coordinate with internal teams to improve landing page performance
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or Performance Marketer
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Excellent skills in Canva or similar creative design tools (mandatory)
- Solid understanding of audience targeting, pixels, conversion APIs, and remarketing
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Preferred Skills
- Experience with e-commerce or lead generation campaigns
- Basic video editing skills for ad creatives (Reels, Shorts)
- Copywriting skills for ad headlines and descriptions
- Familiarity with landing page optimization and CRO
