We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our valued clients in the field. As a key member of our sales force, you will leverage your exceptional communication skills, industry expertise, and strategic thinking to identify new business opportunities and exceed sales targets.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Actively prospect and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and other prospecting activities
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and secure new opportunities
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively pitch and close deals
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement targeted sales campaigns
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system
• Continuously seek to improve sales techniques and stay abreast of industry trends and best practices
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 0-5 years of experience in field sales or a related sales role
• Proven track record of lead generation and B2B sales success
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers
• Strong negotiation and closing skills to secure deals
• Thorough understanding of the local market and area knowledge
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
• Must have two Wheeler and Driving license..
