Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Executive based in Tamil Nadu, India. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging with merchants and businesses to promote Paytm as a digital payment solution, drive adoption, and increase usage. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with clients, conducting sales meetings, and meeting sales targets.

• Sales activities
• Attract new customers, educate customers, follow up with customers, and meet sales quotas 
• Administrative tasks
• Direct and supervise sales representatives, prepare and submit sales reports, and
• update the CRM system 
• Build relationships with existing customers and nurture new leads
• Territory management
• Travel throughout the sales territory and visit customers on a recurring basis
• Monitoring competitors
• Monitor the company's industry competitors, new products, and market conditions
• FSEs usually work for B2B and wholesale organizations and report to a regional sales manager.  

Qualifications

• Education: 12th and Any graduate.
• Experience: Minimum 6 months and freshers also can apply
• Sales and Business Development skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
• Experience in meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Knowledge of digital payment solutions and technology
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in Tamil and English languages
• Prior experience in the fintech industry is a plus

Salary

• Salary: 2.5 to 3.5 LPA + Attractive incentives

Shift Type

• Day shift (9.30 am to 6.30 pm)
