Role Description 

This is a full-time, on-site role in Noida for a Full Stack Developer with 2–4+ years of experience. We’re looking for a passionate engineer who excels at building robust, scalable, and high-performance applications — with a primary focus on backend development using Python and hands-on experience in Node.js and modern frontend frameworks like React. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Develop and maintain scalable web applications using Python (FastAPI/Django/Flask) or NodeJS for backend and React/Next.js for frontend. 
• Design, build, and optimize RESTful and GraphQL APIs for seamless integration with AI and ML systems. 
• Collaborate with AI/ML, product, and design teams to integrate intelligent features into applications. 
• Implement real-time communication using WebSockets or WebRTC. 
• Design and manage relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB). 
• Deploy, monitor, and scale applications on cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP. 
• Ensure application security, performance, and reliability through testing and optimization. 
• Participate in system design, architecture planning, and code reviews. 
• Manage CI/CD pipelines and version control workflows using Git 

Must-Have Skills 

• 2–4+ years of full stack development experience. 
• Strong proficiency in Python (FastAPI, Django, or Flask) and NodeJS
• Frontend expertise in React and Next.js, with strong fundamentals in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3. 
• Experience developing and integrating RESTful or GraphQL APIs. 
• Solid understanding of database design, query optimization, and data modeling (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB). 
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). 
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines. 
• Strong understanding of web security best practices and performance optimization. 
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills. 

Good-to-Have Skills 

• Experience with serverless architectures (AWS Lambda, Azure Functions). 
• Knowledge of real-time event streaming (Kafka, RabbitMQ). 
• Exposure to AI/ML model integration and related APIs. 
• Understanding of authentication protocols (OAuth 2.0, JWT) and data encryption techniques. 
• Familiarity with Next.js SSR/SSG optimizations and frontend performance tuning. 
• Experience with mobile frameworks (React Native, Flutter). 
• Exposure to 3D graphics or WebGL frameworks (Unity, Three.js, Babylon.js).
