Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new hires, including coordinating interviews, verifying references, and ensuring compliance with HR policies
• Maintain accurate employee records and update personnel files as needed
• Process payroll and benefits administration, ensuring timely and accurate payments
• Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related matters
• Coordinate and organize employee training and development programs
• Assist in the implementation of HR initiatives and policies to support the company's overall goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address HR-related concerns and provide solutions

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in MS Office suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
• Demonstrated system knowledge and familiarity with HR software and tools
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Experience in an HR administrative role is preferred, but not mandatory for entry-level candidates
