Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline
• Prior HR experience is preferred, but not mandatory
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational abilities
• Proficient in MS Office and basic HR tools
• Awareness of labor laws and HR best practices
