We are seeking an experienced Immigration Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the complex immigration process, providing personalized support and ensuring a seamless experience. Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide client management and support to individuals and families seeking immigration assistance
• Develop and maintain strong communication & presentation skills to effectively educate clients on the immigration process
• Manage the sales process from initial inquiry to final resolution, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
• Stay up-to-date with the latest immigration laws, regulations, and best practices to provide accurate and reliable guidance
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as legal and administrative, to ensure seamless coordination and efficient case management
• Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies to drive business growth

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in the immigration or sales industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients from diverse backgrounds
• Strong sales process management skills, including lead generation, client engagement, and closing deals
• In-depth knowledge of immigration laws, regulations, and procedures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
