About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting to our employees, ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure. As an integral part of our organization, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the productivity and efficiency of our workforce.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for a variety of hardware and software issues
• Assist with the configuration and maintenance of firewalls to ensure network security
• Diagnose and resolve computer virus and malware problems
• Demonstrate problem-solving skills to identify and address complex IT-related issues
• Collaborate with the IT team to implement proactive solutions and improve the overall IT infrastructure

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Recent 1-3 years of experience in IT Support/Desktop Support Engineer
• Proficiency in firewall configuration
• Excellent technical support and troubleshooting skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with computer viruses and malware
• Excellent english spoken communication is a must.
