As a Junior UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for assisting in the design and development of user interfaces for our web applications. You will work closely with our design and development teams to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces that enhance the overall user experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the design and development teams to understand project requirements
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for new features and enhancements
• Conduct user research and gather feedback to iterate on designs
• Optimize designs for various devices and screen sizes
• Assist in the implementation of designs and provide support to developers
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in UI/UX designing
• Strong knowledge of web analytics tools and techniques
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field
