About the Job

We are seeking a talented and driven Lead Generation Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for proactively identifying and engaging with potential clients, generating high-quality leads, and nurturing them through the sales pipeline. Your exceptional communication skills, combined with your expertise in sales and business development, will be instrumental in driving the company's growth and success.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to identify and qualify potential clients
  • Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze data and identify target market segments
  • Engage with prospects through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and networking
  • Provide excellent customer support and manage customer relationships throughout the sales process
  • Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into opportunities and close deals
  • Maintain detailed records of all lead generation activities and sales pipeline data
  • Continuously monitor and analyze lead generation performance, identifying areas for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and best practices in lead generation

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a lead generation or sales role
  • Demonstrated expertise in lead generation, sales, and business development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
  • Proficient in sales and negotiation techniques
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address customer needs
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in basic computer proficiency
