Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional media
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audience insights and trends
- Manage and optimize marketing budgets and resources to ensure efficient and effective use of funds
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts and support lead generation activities
- Create and curate engaging content, such as blog posts, social media updates, and email newsletters, to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging marketing technologies to continuously enhance the company's marketing strategies
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in a Marketing or Sales & Marketing role
- Proficient in marketing management, including campaign planning, execution, and performance analysis
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and experience in managing social media platforms, email marketing, and content creation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making skills
- Creativity and the ability to develop innovative marketing concepts and campaigns
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
