Job Summary

Treez Enterprise is looking for a motivated Network Engineer with 1–2 years of hands-on experience to support, maintain, and troubleshoot our network infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have a basic to intermediate understanding of networking concepts and a strong willingness to learn and grow.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN networks
• Monitor network performance and ensure system availability
• Troubleshoot network issues and provide timely resolutions
• Configure and manage routers, switches, firewalls, and access points
• Assist in network security implementation and updates
• Maintain network documentation and inventory
• Coordinate with internal teams for IT and network-related support
• Perform regular network maintenance and upgrades

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 1–2 years of experience in networking or IT infrastructure
• Good understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs
• Basic knowledge of network security and firewalls
• Familiarity with Cisco, Fortinet, or similar networking devices
• Ability to troubleshoot network connectivity issues
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• CCNA or similar networking certification
• Experience with network monitoring tools
• Basic knowledge of cloud networking
