Roles & Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify new sales leads through various channels, including telemarketing, field sales, and corporate sales activities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, demonstrating excellent communication skills and convincing abilities
- Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the unique features and benefits of our offerings
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance product knowledge and stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators
- Provide timely and accurate reporting on sales activities and pipeline management
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-4 years of experience in a similar sales role, preferably in the B2B or corporate sales environment
- Demonstrated track record of successful lead generation and closing sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients at all levels
- Strong product knowledge and the ability to articulate the unique value proposition
- Proficient in telemarketing and field sales techniques
- Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude
- Proficient in using sales-related software and CRM tools
