About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead sales efforts, manage a team, and drive revenue growth through property sales. This is a target-driven role ideal for someone with strong leadership and closing capabilities in the real estate sector.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead a team of sales executives/BDMs to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Generate and convert leads into successful property sales.
  • Plan and execute sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Conduct client meetings, site visits, and deal negotiations.
  • Provide training and support to team members to boost performance.
  • Maintain strong follow-ups and ensure high client satisfaction.
  • Regular reporting to senior management on sales progress and pipeline.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of proven real estate sales experience.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and team player.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
