Job Title: Site Supervisor

Role & Responsibilities:

• Attend walk-in customers at the project site
• Explain project details, amenities, pricing, and development status
• Handle customers referred by company employees
• Arrange and conduct site visits
• Coordinate with office sales team for follow-ups
• Maintain basic visitor and lead records

Requirements:

• Any graduate / diploma
• 0–3 years experience in real estate site coordination (preferred)
• Good communication skills
• Presentable and customer-friendly
