About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, generating leads, and providing excellent customer service. This is a full-time, on-site role that requires strong communication and sales skills to succeed.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads and appointments
• Engage in cold calling activities to identify new business opportunities
• Provide exceptional customer service and handle inbound inquiries
• Maintain accurate records and update customer information in the CRM system
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in Telecalling or Telesales roles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in using MS Office suite
• Strong sales and lead generation abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Exceptional customer relationship management skills
