Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in tele sales or a similar customer-facing role
- Excellent communication and persuasive skills with the ability to effectively engage and influence customers
- Strong lead generation and cold calling abilities
- Proficient in using various customer relationship management (CRM) tools and software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and thrive under pressure
