About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Telecalling Executive to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time, hybrid role that requires exceptional communication skills, a results-driven approach, and a passion for sales and customer service. As a Telecalling Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, conducting effective telemarketing campaigns, and providing top-notch customer support to our growing client base.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and customers to generate new leads and opportunities
  • Engage in cold calling and tele sales activities to identify and qualify prospects
  • Provide excellent customer support and handle inbound inquiries with professionalism and empathy
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to implement lead generation strategies
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team-based sales targets and performance metrics
  • Continuously improve your persuasive and convincing skills to drive successful outcomes

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in telecalling, telemarketing, or tele sales roles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in lead generation and cold calling techniques
  • Demonstrated skills in sales and business development
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and software
