About the Job

We are looking for an Admission Counsellor who has hands-on experience in managing student admissions through both B2C channels and external vendor/partner networks. The role requires strong communication skills, a consultative approach, and the ability to drive conversions through multiple touchpoints.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end counselling for students and parents for various programs.
• Convert leads through calls, virtual sessions, and in-person counselling when required.
• Coordinate with vendor partners, coaching centres, and external counsellors for lead flow and admissions.
• Build and manage strong vendor relationships to ensure consistent conversions.
• Track daily leads, follow-ups, and closures through CRM.
• Understand student needs and recommend the right course/program.
• Maintain admission reports, conversion metrics, and daily productivity updates.
• Participate in admission drives, events, and college visits when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in B2C admissions and Vendor/Partner-driven admissions
• Strong communication skills and a consultative approach
• Ability to drive conversions through multiple touchpoints
