As an Air Freight Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing the efficient transportation of goods through air freight logistics. In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of an airport warehouse, ensuring seamless logistics and timely delivery of shipments. Your expertise in warehouse management and airport operations will be instrumental in driving the success of our air freight services.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the airport warehouse, including receiving, storing, and dispatching cargo
• Coordinate with airlines, customs authorities, and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth movement of goods through the airport
• Optimize warehouse layout and inventory management to maximize efficiency and minimize delays
• Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall performance of the air freight operations
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
• Liaise with customers and provide excellent customer service to address their needs and concerns
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards
• Collaborate with the logistics team to streamline processes and enhance the overall air freight service

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 0-1 years of experience in warehouse operations, Logistics Operations, or airport warehouse management
• Strong understanding of warehouse management principles and airport operations
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle time-sensitive logistics challenges
• Proficient in using logistics management software and data analysis tools
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements
• Teamwork and collaboration skills to work seamlessly with the logistics team
