We are seeking a talented Automobile Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. As a key member of our sales department, you will leverage your product knowledge, communication skills, and sales leadership abilities to exceed targets and contribute to the growth of our organization.

Documentation Collection & Verification

Customer Screening & Preliminary Assessment

Follow-Up & Coordination

Compliance and Code of Conduct

Reporting & MIS

Customer Service & Relationship Management

Loan Origination

Customer Onboarding

Pre-Screening of Applicants

Document Handling

Coordination with NBFC’s Internal Teams

Post-Disbursal Support

Training & Compliance

  • Actively engage with potential customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Demonstrate product knowledge and features to effectively showcase the value of our automobiles
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads through prospecting, networking, and referrals
  • Negotiate and close sales, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory customer experience
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records and provide timely reports on sales activities and performance

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-9 years of experience in automobile sales or a related field
  • Demonstrated communication and collaboration skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Excellent sales leadership skills, including the ability to negotiate, close deals, and exceed targets
  • In-depth product knowledge of our automobile models and features
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficiency in using sales-related tools and technologies
  • A passion for the automotive industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
