Role Overview

We are looking for experienced business development professionals or consultants who can leverage their network and expertise to bring client companies on board with Abekus. This is a commission-based consulting role with complete flexibility — perfect for those who want to work part-time, alongside other commitments, and earn attractive commissions based on results.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with companies that have hiring needs across tech and non-tech domains.
• Pitch Abekus’s hiring solutions and onboard client companies to the platform.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
• Act as a trusted consultant, understanding client needs and aligning them with our services.
• Work independently and report progress periodically to the Abekus team.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in business development, recruitment consulting, or sales (B2B experience preferred).
• Strong professional network with decision-makers in HR, recruitment, or business leadership roles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently on a commission-based model.
• Availability to commit part-time hours consistently.
