🎯 Role Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic and self-driven Business Development Executives (BDEs) to help us grow our student enrollments for placement-linked training programs. You will be responsible for lead generation, explaining course benefits, and converting interested candidates into enrolled students.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

• Reach out to potential leads via WhatsApp, phone, or email (no cold calling).
• Explain our training programs and placement support to interested students.
• Follow up with leads regularly to ensure maximum conversions.
• Work on daily/weekly sales targets for course enrollments.
• Maintain records of calls, chats, and lead statuses.

✅ Requirements:

• Strong communication and convincing skills (Hindi or English).
• Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets/CRM is a plus.
• Freshers welcome — training will be provided.
