About the Job

As a Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth and expanding its client base. This dynamic and challenging position requires a strategic thinker with excellent sales and communication skills. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients, and effectively presenting our solutions to meet their needs.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective sales and business development strategies to generate new leads and secure new clients
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and understand their pain points and requirements
  • Engage in lead generation activities, including cold calling, networking, and leveraging digital channels
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase the company's products and services
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities and actively manage the sales cycle to convert leads into clients
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement targeted B2B sales campaigns
  • Provide excellent client management and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Maintain detailed records of all client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system
  • Continuously seek to improve your sales and negotiation skills to enhance your effectiveness


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-10 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Proven track record of successfully generating leads and closing sales deals
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients
  • Strong negotiation and convincing skills to overcome objections and close deals
  • Proficient in lead generation techniques, including cold calling and telecalling
  • Ability to conduct market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends
  • Demonstrated experience in client management and relationship building
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a strong customer-centric mindset
  • Proficient in using CRM tools and other sales-related software
