About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead the growth and expansion of our cold chain business. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and developing strategies to drive revenue growth.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the cold chain industry; build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers; develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges; analyze competitors and market dynamics to inform business strategies.
- Sales and Revenue Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth; meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and suppliers; collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
- Strategy Development: Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth and expansion; identify and mitigate risks associated with business development initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field in the cold chain industry
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret market data and trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
- Proficient in developing and executing business development strategies
- Familiarity with the cold chain industry and its key players
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
