About the Job
We're seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead the growth and expansion of our cold chain business. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and developing strategies to drive revenue growth.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the cold chain industry, build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, and develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and analyze competitors and market dynamics to inform business strategies.
- Sales and Revenue Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth, and meet or exceed sales targets to contribute to the company's growth.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and suppliers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
- Strategy Development: Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth and expansion, and identify and mitigate risks associated with business development initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field in the cold chain industry
- Strong understanding of the cold chain industry, including market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
- Proven track record of identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to analyze market data, develop strategic plans, and execute on business development initiatives
