About the Job

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth for our dynamic organization. Your primary focus will be to identify new business opportunities, build and nurture strong client relationships, and develop strategic plans for the company's expansion. With your exceptional communication skills, strategic mindset, and sales expertise, you will be at the forefront of our business development efforts.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential new customers and growth areas
  • Generate and qualify high-quality leads through various prospecting methods
  • Create compelling proposals and presentations to secure new business deals
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to align strategies and maximize results
  • Develop and implement effective strategies for company expansion and revenue growth
  • Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven track record of at least 5-10 years in a business development or sales role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients at all levels
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify and capitalize on new opportunities
  • Proficient in sales techniques, proposal writing, and contract negotiation
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve company goals
  • Familiarity with market research and data analysis to inform business decisions
  • Proven skills in communication, strategic thinking, and sales
