Roles & Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook Chinese dishes according to the menu and recipe standards.
• Ensure the kitchen area and all food storage areas meet restaurant cleaning standards.
• Monitor food stock and place orders as needed.
• Collaborate with the restaurant management to discuss and create new dishes.
• Maintain a clean and safe cooking environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Chef specializing in Chinese cuisine.
• Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Culinary school diploma or equivalent certification is a plus.
