About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Civil Site Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of civil engineering projects, ensuring adherence to design specifications, safety protocols, and project timelines.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities, including earthworks, foundations, and infrastructure development
• Perform site supervision to monitor project progress, identify and resolve issues, and ensure quality standards are met
• Collaborate with the design team to interpret and implement Site engineer drawings and specifications
• Develop and manage Material requirement planning to optimize resource utilization and minimize project delays
• Conduct regular site inspections and prepare detailed progress reports for stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines
• Provide technical guidance and support to the construction team

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 0 to 3 years of experience in civil site engineering or construction management
• Proficient in site supervision, Site engineer, and Material requirement planning
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Thorough understanding of construction methods, materials, and quality control practices
• Familiarity with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines
• Proficient in using engineering software and project management tools
