About the Job

Tradx Equisearch is seeking a highly driven Client Acquisition Executive whose core responsibility will be to onboard new clients for our insurance and mutual fund business. This role is target-oriented and ideal for individuals who enjoy prospecting, pitching, and closing new business.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and acquire new clients for insurance and mutual fund products
• Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, referrals, and networking
• Pitch financial products clearly and convincingly to prospective clients
• Convert leads into active clients and ensure successful onboarding
• Achieve client acquisition and revenue targets on a monthly basis
• Maintain a pipeline of prospects and follow up regularly
• Coordinate with back-office teams for KYC, documentation, and policy/investment execution
• Build a strong referral base for continuous client inflow

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate (Commerce/Finance preferred, not mandatory)
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
• High energy, self-motivated, and target-driven mindset
• Willingness to do field sales and client meetings
• Prior experience in BFSI, insurance, mutual funds, or direct sales is an advantage
