The company is seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator to join our team for a full-time OnSite position. As a CNC Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process by setting up, operating, and maintaining computer numerical control (CNC) machines. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for precision machining and a keen eye for detail.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines such as HMC, HBM, and VMC to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling etc.
• Read and interpret technical blueprints and design models to ensure accurate production.
• Monitor machines during operation to ensure proper functioning and identify any issues.
• Adjust machine settings and programs as needed for different tasks and materials.
• Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet production deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a CNC Machine Operator or similar role.
• Proficient in operating CNC machines including HMC, HBM, and VMC.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure precision in the manufacturing process.
• Knowledge of machine tools and equipment as well as precision measurement tools.
• Good physical condition and stamina.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree is a plus.
