- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up on open cases

- Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Proficient in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
- Familiarity with retail management and B2B sales processes
- Understanding of cash flow management and product knowledge
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and multitask effectively
