We are seeking a talented Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data sets to uncover valuable insights that drive business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable intelligence and support strategic initiatives.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and implement data analytics strategies to support the organization's goals and objectives
• Gather, clean, and organize data from various sources to create comprehensive data sets
• Perform data analysis using advanced techniques and tools, including Python and Microsoft PowerBI
• Create visually appealing and informative reports and dashboards to communicate insights effectively
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in data analytics and data visualization

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as Data Analytics, Statistics, or Computer Science
• Proficiency in Python programming language and its data analysis libraries (e.g., NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib)
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft PowerBI or other data visualization tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive insights from complex data sets
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey data-driven insights to stakeholders
• Familiarity with data warehousing and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and adapt to changing business requirements
