• Deliver a wide variety of items to different addresses as per the assigned route
• Follow routes and time schedules for deliveries
• Load, unload, prepare, inspect, and operate delivery vehicle
• Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns or complaints
• Adhere to safety and traffic regulations
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers
• Report any incidents or accidents

**Required Skills & Qualifications**

• Experience as a Delivery Boy or similar role
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to operate delivery vehicles in a variety of weather and traffic conditions
• Physical stamina and strength to lift and carry packages
• Area knowledge to ensure timely deliveries
• Strong understanding of delivery and operations management
