About the Job

As a Delivery Boy, you will be responsible for the timely and efficient delivery of packages and goods to our customers. This is a crucial role in our company, as you will be the face of our brand and the link between our business and our clients. You will work closely with our logistics team to ensure that all deliveries are made on time and in a professional manner.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Collect and load packages from our distribution center or pickup locations
• Navigate through traffic and deliver packages to customers' doorsteps in a safe and timely manner
• Provide excellent customer service by interacting with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including signatures and any special instructions
• Assist with the loading and unloading of delivery vehicles as needed
• Adhere to all safety protocols and traffic laws while on the road

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum of 0-1 years of experience as a Delivery Boy or similar role
• Proficient in DELIVERY BOY, Biker, and Courier Delivery skills
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers
• Strong organizational and time management skills to ensure timely deliveries
• Familiarity with the local area and knowledge of efficient routes and traffic patterns
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry packages of various sizes and weights
