**Roles & Responsibilities**

• Deliver a wide variety of items to different addresses and through different routes
• Follow routes and time schedules
• Load, unload, prepare, inspect, and operate a delivery vehicle
• Collect payments and issue receipts
• Communicate with customers, respond to questions, and handle complaints
• Complete logs and reports
• Follow regulations and safety standards

**Required Skills & Qualifications**

• Proven experience as a Delivery Boy or similar role
• Valid professional driver’s license
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Good driving record with no traffic violations
• Ability to operate a variety of vehicles, including bikes
• Knowledge of area roads and neighborhoods
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Physical stamina and strength to lift and carry packages
• High school diploma or equivalent
