We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Branch Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Branch Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our bank branch, ensuring efficient service and customer satisfaction. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in driving the branch's success and contributing to the overall growth of the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist the Branch Manager in managing and leading the branch team, including scheduling, training, and performance management
• Oversee the daily operations of the branch, including cash handling, account management, and customer service
• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance, customer experience, and employee engagement
• Ensure compliance with all relevant banking regulations and internal policies
• Serve as a point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
• Participate in the development and implementation of marketing and sales initiatives to drive business growth
• Provide support and guidance to the branch team, fostering a positive and productive work environment

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum of 0-4 years of experience in a banking or financial services environment, preferably in a supervisory or management role
• Strong knowledge of English and excellent communication skills
• Graduate degree in a relevant field
• Keen interest in working in the banking industry
• Proficiency in financial analysis, data management, and problem-solving
• Ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a collaborative and customer-centric work culture
• Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences
• Familiarity with banking systems, procedures, and regulatory requirements
