Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for desktop computers, peripherals, and software applications
• Perform hardware and software installations, configurations, and upgrades
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely manner
• Maintain and troubleshoot Windows Desktop Applications
• Assist with the deployment and management of computer hardware
• Collaborate with the IT team to ensure the smooth operation of the desktop environment
• Provide end-user training and support on various desktop applications and technologies

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in desktop support or a related field
• Strong technical support and troubleshooting skills
• Proficient in hardware and software installation, configuration, and maintenance
• Solid understanding of Windows Desktop Applications
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Effective communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
